JOB SUMMARY:
Clemson University's University Development Team (UDT) is looking for a College/Unit Campaign Project Manager to fulfill the following duties:
JOB DUTIES:
30% - Essential - Campaign Project Management:
Plan strategy and execution of projects/initiatives related to the Fiercely Forward Capital Campaign within the colleges and units. Collaborates with divisional campaign manager and other campaign leaders to ensure college/unit strategy aligns and is well-executed. Supports the UDT campaign leadership team, the Unit Leads and other key stakeholders including volunteer campaign boards with meeting materials, resources and logistical support for campaign activities and events.
30% - Essential - Engagement & Communication:
Develop and oversee consistent approach to campaign volunteer engagement and communication touchpoints for college/unit campaign boards. Displays excellent communication skills & the ability to coordinate multiple communication methods simultaneously to internal stakeholders and external campaign volunteers. Provides regular updates to various stakeholders on campaign activities and projects within the colleges/units.
30% - Essential - Learning Programs:
Create custom micro-learning content for campaign pillars and other fundraising priorities in collaboration with Divisional leadership which can be delivered to various volunteer groups and other audiences as needed. Create training content and other support materials/resources to provide comprehensive learning modules which can be implemented for virtual or in-person delivery.
10% - Essential - Reporting, Analysis & Budget:
Assists in data analysis & visualization for unit reporting on campaign goals/objectives. Provide regular report of campaign progress to goal for college/unit leaders, volunteers and other stakeholders. Track and maintain accurate financial records to track college/unit campaign costs against annual budget allocation. Process expense reports and reimbursements using Concur, pay invoices and maintain campaign related supplies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience - 3+ Years Work Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises Student workers only
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Does not provide input but is responsible for monitoring the departmental budget and may oversee fund allocation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
