Job Summary
The College of Business at Purdue University Northwest is seeking applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Management position with an expected start date of August 5, 2024. Faculty rank will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the finalist selected.

Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Management.
- Develop and teach course offerings in Business Ethics at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct scholarly research leading to refereed publications and service to the profession, the university, and the community.
- Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related degree/discipline is required. ABD status is acceptable if the degree is earned prior to the start of the appointment.
- Evidence of effective teaching and scholarship in the field of Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior, and/or Management.
