The Lacy School of Business (LSB) at Butler University is seeking applications for an administrative assistant to support the Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans, and Leadership Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • General administrative tasks such as schedule and meeting management, greeting and assisting guests in the Dean's Suite
  • Interfacing with advisory boards and other external stakeholders
  • Coordinating with other University departments such as Advancement, Canvas/website management, and other general administrative work
Required Qualifications:
  • Attentive to details
  • Solution ­oriented, and possess excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide polite and professional assistance to faculty, staff, students, and guests of the University
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google applications suite products
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Canvas is a plus
  • An Associate's Degree and prior administrative experience are preferred.
