Job Description Summary
This position will serve as the Director of Football/Chief of Staff, Football for the Head Football Coach and oversee all non-coaching related operations of the varsity football program. Supervise Director of Player Development, Video Coordinator, and two Quality Control positions as well as the football operations intern program. Oversee all operational aspects of football program. Serve as primary point of contact for football program and its relationships within DRIA and with other campus partners.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of football program such as game contracts/schedules, planning future game schedules, team travel, officials, pre-season (housing, meals, schedule, etc.), JV games, and ticketing.
- Supervise all non-coaching positions within program (Director of Player Development, Video Coordinator, two Quality Control positions, interns, and work study).Manage all human resources aspects related to the football program.
- Manage all areas of fiscal operations related to football program. Work with Head Coach and Senior Associate Athletic Director for Intercollegiate Programs to develop annual budget, build out & maintain 3-5 year strategic fiscal plan for program, and track budget throughout fiscal year. Responsible for all football-related purchasing, order processing, and PO requisitions. Run point on all staff expenses/reimbursements.
- Serve as the program's primary point of contact with Pottruck Center for Student-Athlete Success, Compliance, Admissions/Financial Aid, Athletic Communications, and Equipment.
- Organize and facilitate all team communications to student-athletes and staff throughout the
Qualifications
- HS Diploma and 5-7 years, or Associates and 2-3 years, or Bachelor's and 1-2 years of football operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to manage staff, communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, oversee program fiscal operations, organize schedules at multiple levels, and support the Head Coach in all non-coaching related matters.
- Working knowledge and compliance of NCAA/Ivy League policies and procedures.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel with the team as required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
