The faculty members will provide supervision on research and offer mentorship on academic development more broadly, with the goal of ensuring that the fellow is well prepared to advance into top-tier PhD programs. Fellows will also be encouraged to be an active part of the Wharton research community, including within the Management department and the Mack Institute.
