Job Description
The Director of Student Recruitment is a full-time administrative faculty position designed to recruit and enroll undergraduate students. The Director of Student Recruitment will work as a key member of the Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences, a diverse organization that includes over 4,000 students in over 40 majors. The Director of Student Recruitment will apply a strategic vision to lead recruiting and promotion initiatives and facilitate enrollment management strategies for incoming undergraduate students across the College.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
Experience in student recruitment
Demonstrated ability to analyze data
Knowledge of social media advertising strategies and management
Ability to supervise student interns
Experience in complex project management
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently without excessive supervision or follow-up
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to travel occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital advertising
Experience with marketing via social media
Demonstrated skills in multimedia and print design
Experience with implementing social media campaigns
Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system
Advanced data analysis experience
