Job Description:

The Director of Enrollment Technology supports undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts by developing and overseeing the division's CRM solution, Slate, and other systems and technologies that integrate with the Division of Enrollment Management. The Director will be a leader within the Division, applying a high degree of organization and attention to detail, overseeing the application process, developing/revising related policies and procedures, and contributing significantly to the strategic planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives. This position will also collaborate with other key areas within the Division, including Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Institutional and Enrollment Marketing, Enrollment Research, and occasionally Information Technology. In addition, the position will assist with oversight of the Division's assessment of business practices, SP2.0, and the College's Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. Additional responsibilities include daily data management with continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of enrollment management technologies and business practices.


Requirements:

Experience and Education Required:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in admission/enrollment-related positions or higher education administration.
  • Experience with operationalizing processes and leading new projects and technical implementations.
  • Experience (3-5 years preferred) in admission/enrollment-related positions or higher education administration with responsibilities for Customer Relationship Management Systems (Slate preferred)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability with enrollment information systems, web technologies, electronic data management, and business process re-engineering.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the enrollment processes and ability to curate excellent relationships with college administrators, staff, faculty, prospective students, and other external clients.
  • Commitment to serving as a Vice President's Advisor Council member focused on meeting and exceeding the college's enrollment goals.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, student-centric environment where multiple, complex projects and competing goals must be managed simultaneously. Along with a keen ability to lead teams and projects from a virtual workplace.
  • Visit campus quarterly, a minimum of 4 times per year.
