Dietrich Computing Operations (DCO) offers a service footprint that encompasses the needs of Dietrich personnel, ranging from purchasing a laptop, web support, graduate admissions, teaching technology/pedagogical support, research needs, process improvement, to advanced data analytics and visualization.

We are seeking an Associate Systems Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting with front line support of users of desktops, IT resources, and CMS web services under the supervision of the Manager of Client Services and Communications Project Manager respectively. You will assist in developing functional specifications and systems design criteria for process improvement and data analytics. This position communicates with users and senior process improvements and data analytics staff to coordinate and help develop detailed functional specifications and flow charts for program creation and enhancements; and designs forms/workflows and reports and participates in the testing of new applications/processes. This position will resolve user issues and determine when additional support is needed.

Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assists with front line support of users of computers/devices and other IT resources
  • Assists in developing specifications and design criteria for data analytics and process improvement systems.
  • Assists with CMS web services under the supervision of the Communications Project Manager.
  • Designs forms and reports and participates in testing of new applications and processes
