The Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University is searching for a motivated and dynamic Program Manager to join its efforts. The Program Manager for Rhodes & CSL manages, organizes, and prioritizes the administrative, financial, and operational needs of the Rhodes Center for International Economics and Finance and the Climate Solutions Lab, in partnership with each center director.

The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of each center, including program planning and execution, budget management, and hiring/staffing needs. The role works collaboratively with the center director, and internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for program growth and development. Acts as a liaison between the center and university administration, faculty, students, and external partners. Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and community partners. Ensures that the center is in compliance with university policies and regulations. Plays a key role in managing each center’s web and online presence, in addition to overseeing, planning, and coordinating events.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
