JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and implementing learning programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all staff and faculty. Other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
40% - Essential - Workforce Learning: Consult with customers and subject matter experts to develop and/or revise customized training content and materials and learning programs (such as the Supervisor Training Series) using Adult Learning Principles, the ADDIE model, blended learning approaches, etc., in order to deliver practical and actionable changes in skills, knowledge and behavior as required for roles and responsibilities of faculty and staff.
40% - Essential - Workforce Learning: Design and develop curriculum, learning tools, and program materials for training courses, development programs, and communication items using a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness and application. Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to set training/workshop schedules, source materials, and secure external instructors.
10% - Essential - Workforce Learning: Develop, analyze, and report on metrics and trends to monitor and continuously improve learning programs. Evaluate existing training materials, programs, and vendor training materials. Facilitate lessons learned meetings, report on findings and make recommendations to ensure training sessions and workshops are meeting the needs of our customers. Prepare and communicate feedback in order to engage the training and development team to proactively address trends in learning gaps.
10% - Essential - Workforce Development: Partner with the Talent Management team to administer tailored organizational and team development assessments and workshops to respond to workforce demands and changing organization structures in order to drive efficiency, high performance, and a collaborative, results-oriented Clemson culture.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - 1st Bachelor's Degree and relevant program experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Education - 1st Master's Degree - Business, organizational psychology, or human resources
Certfications - Professional in HR
Certfications - Professional in HR - Senior
Certifications -Behavioral Assessment in DISC, Ennegram, True Colors, or MBTI, ATD Instructional Design Certificate
Work Exp: 3-5+ years
RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
