Director of ENGINEERING +

The college of Engineering at Oregon State University in Corvallis Oregon is seeking a Director of ENGINEERING +.  This new and exciting position will lead an innovative program that re-envisions the delivery and deployment of undergraduate students’ first year experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate and reinforce the skills of professional practice in areas essential to successful early career engineers, collaborating closely with college industry partnership team members. The Director will hold both an administrative appointment and academic appointment with the latter determined by the individual’s education and experience. 

The College of Engineering is the largest college at Oregon State University, with over a third of its Corvallis campus students. It is the 10th largest undergraduate engineering program in the nation by enrollment, is 1st in the number of computer science bachelor’s degrees awarded, and 2nd in the percentage of women faculty among highly research active universities.
