Duties and Responsibilities

• Increase graduate student pipeline and enrollment through recruiting events, admissions presentations, and counseling
• Communicate with prospective students through various platforms about the admissions process
• Process admission applications, transcripts and other supporting credentials
• Audit student records and notify applicants of problems with their academic records including transcripts, registration, prerequisites, etc.
• Assist with all graduate department recruiting, processing, and admitting students when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Admissions Coordinator
• Work patiently and supportively with prospective students
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Experience

• Experience with recruiting in a high volume organization (college or business environment) preferred
• Weekend and evening travel required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Great organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
• Ability to network and establish professional relationships
• Ability to collect and analyze data relate to students admissions and recruitment
