Job Summary:

The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for managing front desk operations and assisting the professional admissions staff. Responsibilities include personal and telephone contact with the public, and other university offices, producing various reports as needed, assisting with campus daily tours and special events and data entry on the Admissions CRM system, and general office duties.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of commercial courses related to office skills and two or more years of experience in an office environment. 2. Computerized data entry experience. 3. Strong human relations and oral communication skills. 4. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
