This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose

Coordinates for the entry of all contracted work to include verification of funding sources and creation of projects and work orders within the CMMS system. Enters requisitions into UCM markets. Tracks payments within the CMMS system. Monitors FPO departmental budges, to include: retrieves budget information from Banner; prepares budget related paperwork to include transfers, budget amendments and IDT’s. Responsible for FPO departmental reimbursements; Fuel Charges, Departmental Charge Backs and Project Billings. Work directly with the Manager, Business Operations on file maintenance for all budgetary issues and telephone and email messaging. Fulfills the role of the Manager, Business Operations when that individual is absent.

Accounting, Business or related field required.

Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Other - Access Database, CMMS system preferably TMA, Banner environment

Experience

1. Three years of office experience (e.g. clerical, secretarial, administrative or related) including two years experience performing accounting or budget related duties.
2. One year supervisory experience required.

Ability to resolve billing discrepancies, including the ability to negotiate and resolve payment disputes with vendors in a positive and professional manner.
Working knowledge of invoices and billing statements, including the ability to read and distinguish line items, preferred.
