Center for Family Policy and Research (CFPR)
Job Description
- Assist with daily management of tasks at CFPR and assist Director and Business Manager as needed.
- Assist with web changes, strategic communication needs, and IT needs/requests.
- Prepare Income Statement reports processing (monthly).
- Enter travel expenses for Principal Investigators.
- Enter Payment Requests for consultants.
- Make reservations for conference rooms at CFPR and keep the calendars current.
- Compile reports of conference room usage (monthly).
- Put together and submit to Parking Service the schedule of parking at CFPR (weekly).
- Order new and transfer existing keys to CFPR offices in MU system.
- Check and distribute mail.
- Assist Principal Investigators with project needs and scheduling.
- Prepare training records and deposit funds.
- Maintain the conference rooms and kitchen.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $12.00 -$21.45
GGS Grade: 005

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in educational office is preferred.
- 2 years of prior clerical experience is preferred.
