Job Summary:
This position is responsible for teaching North Idaho College Automotive Technology classes as assigned by the Division Chairperson. The individual in this position will also maintain accountability for program equipment and laboratory area.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A minimum of eight years full-time equivalent recent related experience
OR an Associate's degree in a related post-secondary or professional-technical education program and six years full-time equivalent recent experience in an area related to the needs of the position
OR a Bachelor's degree in a related area and four years full-time equivalent recent experience related to the needs of the program.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Current ASE Master Technician Certification
Valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in automotive
technology
- Excellent oral and written English communication
skills.
- Ability to use a personal computer and associated peripherals
and current version of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office,
Internet, and alternative delivery systems (e.g., internet and
interactive video) at a proficient level.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone
and copier
