Position: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: seeking improvements in technology experience for all end users with emphasis on financial and employee processes, building support for major technology change through collaborative efforts and optimism, and demonstrating self-initiative to gain expertise about systems college-wide plus associated data and reporting.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, while a combination of Associate Degree and work experience is required. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate their contributions to major technology implementations impacting financial and employee processes. Ideal candidates will also be self-starters who proactively develop respectful work relationships across departments which become the foundation for teams exploring and potentially implementing cutting-edge technology.
