Technical Enrollment Coach (FT) (202303)

Position: Responsible for recruiting new students to Mid-Plains Community College, advising and assisting incoming students with enrollment and registration and continued advising with current students. This position will be located primarily at North Platte Community College - North Campus as the lead enrollment coach for the technical programs, although area-wide recruitment and advising is also a priority. Enrollment coaches are responsible for outreach to potential students, marketing of MPCC programs/services, facilitating recruitment events, and providing advising processes in our 18-county service area and beyond.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, while a combination of postsecondary education and work experience is recommended. Position requires extensive travel during peak recruitment seasons and the ability to balance the dual roles of advising and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be consistent with input and tracking of data, possess the ability to transition from dynamic, social outreach and events into one-on-one communication and guidance conversations and be a consistent team-player for the enrollment management team.
