Resumes are now being accepted for the position of Associate for
Continuing Education. The Associate is responsible for overseeing
the activities of the Office of Continuing Professional Education
under the supervision of the Director. The associate will
facilitate all aspects of continuing professional education
programs including planning, development, budgeting, marketing,
administration and evaluation; establish goals and departmental
priorities with the Director; supervise departmental staff; prepare
reports on the activities of the department; and establish
functional relationships with colleagues, faculty and members of
the optometric profession. Involves some evening and weekend work
as well as travel.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
This position is onsite at 33 West 42nd Street New York, NY 10036
Salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 and there is also a generous benefit package. 15 days of annual leave to start and 13 paid holidays per year. We are a qualifying employer in the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. View our Benefits at a Glance
