Shenandoah University’s Conservatory is accepting applications for an Adjunct Assistant Professor/Dance with a specialty in Ballet and Modern Techniques. This is a adjunct faculty position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia.
Responsibilities include:
- teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced level(s) of ballet to Musical Theatre majors, Dance Majors, and Dance Minors.
- Teaching of intermediate and advanced level(s) of modern technique to dance majors.
- Teaching of solo composition (choreography class) to dance majors
- Additional responsibilities may include choreography for dance major faculty concert.
The qualified applicant will have an MFA or professional equivalency.
