Assistant Dean, Kellogg Executive MBA Global Network

The Opportunity
The Kellogg School of Management seeks a strategic, creative, collaborative, and inspirational leader to serve as its Assistant Dean of the Kellogg Executive MBA Global Network.

The Assistant Dean of the Kellogg EMBA Global Network (“Assistant Dean”) will provide strategic vision, leadership, financial and operational oversight for the Kellogg EMBA Global Network, composed of the US-based program offered on two campuses in Evanston, IL and Miami, FL, as well as international learning destinations including but not limited to university partners such as: Guanghua School of Management, Peking University; Schulich School of Business, York University; HKUST Business School; WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.

The Assistant Dean will be a member of the Kellogg leadership team, reporting to the Associate Dean for Degree Programs and Operations, and is responsible for assuring the Kellogg EMBA Global Network attracts and recruits high quality students, provides an outstanding educational experience and is routinely ranked among the premier global EMBA programs. The Assistant Dean will also be responsible for P&L leadership of a complex operation that incudes relationships with several third-party partners that provide key aspects of the overall delivery model of the student experience. In addition, the Assistant Dean is the key face of the program with students and faculty, and is expected to represent Kellogg and the senior team with students and alumni on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for contributing to the transformation of a premier global business school; 10 years of relevant leadership and management experience, preferably within business education; relevant international/cross-cultural experience; a strong team-based orientation; exemplary communication and interpersonal skills; and a keen eye for operational efficiency. A relevant graduate degree, such as an MBA, MSEd, Ed.D. or Ph.D., is preferred.
