Position Purpose
With guidance from undergraduate programs leadership and in partnership with staff and program faculty colleagues, coordinates delivery for in-person, virtual, and hybrid business education programs for undergraduate students.
Description
Alongside its outstanding MBA program, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth offers a correspondingly distinctive portfolio of business education programs for undergraduates. We are currently seeking an organized and service-oriented team member to support the Undergraduate Programs team. As a program coordinator, you will provide operational, logistical, communications, and administrative support to help ensure programs operate well and deliver a personal, connected, and transformative experience for program participants.

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
1. Experience and skill successfully providing operational and guest services support and coordination (supply ordering, inventory management, preparing and sorting materials, logistical tasks, financial transactions, etc.)
2. Knowledge of professional office process administration and team-based project management, event planning, and academic operations gained through a liberal arts education and/or work experience.
3. High accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
5. Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of faculty and program participants.
6. Able to introduce and drive innovation in ways small and large.
7. Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve lasting results.
8. Able to seek out learning opportunities and apply new knowledge, insights, and skills to enhance results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at a college, university, or other educational setting preferred.

Key Accountabilities
Description
1. Program Preparation and Planning : Partners with the undergraduate programs team and program faculty to plan for in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid program offerings. Applies program knowledge and logistical planning experience in making recommendations for in-person, virtual and/or hybrid deliveries. Coordinates the preparation for each program offering, including participant enrollment, timelines, instructional and meeting spaces, technology needs and assistance, facilities/custodial support, catering, budgets, invoice processing, travel and lodging, and other program logistics. Creates, monitors, and maintains the program’s learning management system ( LMS ). Manages the production and distribution of digital and printed materials, including pre-program assignments and orientation, external assessments, instructional handouts, slide presentations, signage, nametags, nameplates, swag and post-program activities. Works with other facilitators to assist with preparations and classroom support. Partners with approved vendors on meeting delivery needs according to program content and contracts.

2. Session Facilitation and Evaluation : Coordinates and provides support for session walk-throughs; tests equipment and software; and confirms classrooms, meeting spaces, and materials are ready. Greets participants and provides logistical support to faculty, facilitators, and participants. Engages with faculty, facilitators, and participants to anticipate and deal with issues and challenges.

3. Team Collaboration and Innovation : Contributes ideas, input, and support to team initiatives, projects, communications, and other activities. Researches, proposes, applies, and shares knowledge of program delivery trends and innovations, particularly in the effective use of learning management, participant engagement, and communications tools to enhance the participant experience. Delivers programs while in session, including logistical coordination, staffing support, and issue resolution.
