The Part-time (30 hour) Site Director of the Phoenix-Mesa location has responsibility for international student (F1) advising and compliance as well as responsibility for site operations including facility and financial management.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provide Personalized Academic Advising of Students
(International and Civilian), which includes the counseling and
advising of students on their academic requirements.
- Provide proactive communication with students to provide
information in order to promote persistence and completion of their
education.
- Maintain accurate information in student records.
- Work with other departments, locations, and leadership to
support other locations in their roles.
- Works with the Senior Director to set enrollment goals and
strategies for the location.
- Works with Senior Director and other departments to plan
outreach programs, student success programs, and community
engagement activities.
- Takes responsibility for the Fiscal stability (procurement and
budget), Facility management, and site compliance (local, state,
and federal)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least three years of professional level experience,
preferably working with students
- Demonstrated work experience juggling multiple priorities in a
professional manner
- Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information
systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems,
Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to
detail
- Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment
