Position Summary
The Director of STEP and Pathways to Opportunity Statewide supports the statewide leadership and implementation of key student success and economic mobility initiatives. The Director works in partnership with all 17 Oregon community colleges and public universities, as well as federal, state, and local entities. In addition to coalition building, the position is responsible for administering and managing multiple statewide consortia grants, which currently include:

Starting Salary Expectations
Minimum $90,523 to range midpoint of $110,892. Placement will generally not exceed the mid-point, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

Additionally, PCC provides a tuition waiver for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children under 24 years of age, as well as partial tuition reimbursement for full-time employees at other accredited institutions.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work environment includes frequent disruptions and changes in priorities. Work is generally performed in an office environment with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Working hours may vary and some evening or weekend work is required. Frequent travel to other locations in and outside of the College district is required and possession of a current driver license. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily.

- Five (5) years progressively responsible experience in

seven (7) years progressively responsible experience related to the
