Job Summary
The Outreach Program Manager will engage with the Milwaukee business community and beyond to generate revenue streams for the Lubar College of Business, as well as build relationships with employers for internships and full time positions for Lubar students. Revenue generating activities include: securing and managing projects for the Lubar College of Business faculty, students, centers and institutes; securing paid memberships to Lubar centers/institutes; and realizing enrollments for Lubar executive education programs. In addition, the position requires supporting the delivery of executive education programs. This is an external facing role that entails building and managing relationship with businesses, and therefore requires travel primarily in the Greater Milwaukee region. Revenue generation, internships secured and client satisfaction for Lubar College services are some key performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years of experience in business development, outreach, sales, or related activities


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Track record of success in selling products and services to customers
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with business communities
