The Lebanon Valley College Office of Graduate and Professional Studies is seeking a director of graduate and professional studies. The director of graduate and professional studies is responsible for the strategic management of enrollment processes for a diverse portfolio of graduate programs. Responsibilities also include setting the GPS enrollment strategy, communicating and engaging with internal and external constituency groups, actively collaborating with academic program directors, and providing oversight of all GPS recruitment and enrollment support activities.  The director of GPS manages the LVC GPS brand, builds relationships, and develops on- and off-campus programming designed to recruit, admit, yield, and retain students for each program in order to meet institutional enrollment goals.  Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, a master’s degree or related work experience is preferred, experience in graduate admissions, experience in graduate admissions communication and marketing, demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse array of customers, willingness to work a varied schedule and travel primarily in and around Pennsylvania, a valid driver’s license, experience with Salesforce, and an understanding of NAGAP best practices. The director should be a self-starter who continually strives to improve processes, communication, and team effectiveness and thrives in a data-oriented and analytical environment that has a high level of individual and team accountability.
