NKU is an Equal Opportunity/Equal Access/Affirmative Action institution. We encourage applications by members of diverse groups and by persons with a demonstrated commitment to issues of diversity and experience in achieving goals relative to inclusive excellence. Our vision is that NKU will be nationally recognized for being a student-ready, regionally engaged university that empowers diverse learners for economic and social mobility. We will do this while promoting a culture of excellence, acting with integrity, fostering a community of belonging, working with creativity and innovation, and maintaining a climate of collegiality. In your role, you will be expected to ensure that students who interact with you have a high-quality experience that supports the vision of the institution.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects. Conduct prospect and donor visits; develop and execute cultivation plans, and deliver major gift proposals to solicit and secure gifts of $25,000 and above. Collaborate with Advancement Division colleagues to identify potential prospects, leverage university events to engage prospects and steward donors, and analyze major gift program progress and performance. Utilize university systems to record prospect and donor interactions, track proposals, and maintain prospect and donor contact information. Meet all deadlines for reporting.
Formulate annual and long-term fundraising goals, work with the Dean of the Haile College of Business and the AVP of Development to develop appropriate fundraising priorities, and develop and execute strategic development plans. Support college leaders in cultivating relationships with and informing the strategic involvement of key volunteers and prospects across various college, center, and program advisory boards in alignment with fundraising priorities
Serve as a senior development leader within the Division and assist the AVP with the strategic direction and growth of the program through participation in special projects, as assigned.
Advise the Dean, AVP, and other college leaders on external and development activities and important events and programs to attend; be a highly informed advocate for the college and the university inside and outside of campus.
