The Assistant Registrar – Degree Audit and Academic Records serves as a key member of the
Office of the Registrar team, reporting to the Director of Curriculum Management and Academic
Records. This position provides functional and technical expertise supporting Degree Works and related curricula maintenance software and Banner academic history. The Assistant Registrar collaborates with academic units and advisors, supporting academic success by maximizing DegreeWorks system functionality and assisting in the accuracy and integrity of academic record-keeping.

Minimum Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree
*Experience supporting degree audit
*Excellence in building and maintaining customer relationships
*Ability to balance several priorities at once, among multiple academic units
*Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

*Master’s degree
*Minimum two years’ experience in a registrar’s office
*Experience supporting Banner DegreeWorks
*Experience working with socially and culturally diverse communities

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide. With this development, the University will pause any enforcement action against employees who have not complied with the requirement to be fully vaccinated by Dec. 8, 2021 or to have requested an exemption to maintain their employment status.
