Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Associate Director of Outreach & Engagement assists various unit heads within Outreach & Engagement in their duties. Assistance may include, but is not limited to, developing training modules, grant research, development of K-12 and CTE pathways, creating regional stewardship connections and coordinating conference and event logistics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Two years of related experience required.
Incumbent should possess leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and organizational and management skills.

Job Duties:

• 40% - Assists the Director of Conferencing and Events in oversight and management of conference and events administered through Conferencing and Events. - (Essential)
• 40% - Works with the Director of Workforce Development and Community as a liaison to business, industry, and government leaders as well as a contract liaison for grants/contracts. - (Essential)
• 20% - Supports office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
