Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for the full-time position of Athletic Internal Operations Coordinator position. The successful candidate serves as a vital member of the Athletic Department, reporting to the Events and Facilities Manager. The successful candidate schedules and oversees all aspects related to concessions operations and works collaboratively with the Event & Facilities Manager, athletic administration, and cross-campus partners as it relates to scheduling of athletic facilities, camp operations, equipment room management, department vehicle management, and game/event/facility management.

Requirements include an educational background equivalent to a bachelor's degree; master's preferred. Athletic facility and/or event management and operation experience, with prior supervisory experience and/or experience leading projects. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing; have good written, oral, and verbal communication skills; and possess general office skills. Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
