Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the world’s largest global network and leading voice in business education, providing quality assurance (accreditation), learning and development, intelligence, advocacy and thought leadership opportunities to over 1,800 member organizations and more than 965 accredited business schools in over 100 countries and territories, seeks a strategic and visionary leader to be their next CEO. The next leader will have a global perspective to both inspire and collaborate with the outstanding cadre of volunteers and professional staff to build on the strong legacy of AACSB, while guiding the organization through its next phase of development, innovation, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of executive level leadership experience for a globally focused organization with a deep understanding and experience working in business education. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion with a proven track record for engaging teams with broad and wide-ranging backgrounds. The next CEO will have the ability to gain consensus among high profile leaders from a variety of organizations, while inspiring collaboration and active participation in AACSB’s future growth.
