The Business Administration Division of the Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences Pepperdine University seeks a candidate with an earned doctorate in finance as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance. Candidates are expected to complete all requirements for the Ph.D. before the date of appointment, which begins August 1, 2023. A documented research interest in finance is required and teaching experience is preferred. Classes taught will include financial management, investments, international finance, and entrepreneurial finance. 

The business administration program at Seaver College is accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The division offers Bachelor of Science degree programs in accounting, business administration, finance, and international business along with several minors. Degree programs are offered on a full-time, residential basis at the campus in Malibu, California.  As a premier Christian liberal arts college, Seaver College has a diverse student body of approximately 3,500 students. US News and World Report ranks Pepperdine University in the top 50 colleges and universities in the country.  Our classes are small (rarely more than 25 students) and our faculty is collegial, collaborative, and research active.
