The Department of Auxiliary Services invites applications for the Manager of Event & Pub Operations. Reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Programs & Services, this individual will coordinate the logistical setups of all events on campus as well as all conference programs. The Manager of Event & Pub Operations will: work both independently and cooperatively in the planning and execution of all events, internal or external, occurring on campus; manage all aspects of the University Pub operations, provide direction for all operations of the Bart Luedeke Center; and provide backup support for vending and transportation.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience
- Demonstrated independent working with minimum supervision and the ability to instruct and lead.
- Possess demonstrated strong interpersonal, as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience/ability to organize, prioritize and manage effectively in crisis situations.
- Possess the physical stamina to meet the needs of the job.
- Possess a valid and in good standing driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of 25 Live Pro software.
- Experience in event coordination and operations management preferred.
- Experience with managing a pub and familiarity with NJ Alcohol and Beverage policies.
