Position Purpose
Provides institutional leadership as a Facilities Planning and Operations management team member to ensure the highest of campus landscaping, grounds maintenance and snow removal activities for all campus grounds and athletic fields. Leads, develops and motivates the UCM Grounds and Facilities Garage staff to ensure UCM’s students, faculty and staff experience an aesthetically pleasing and safe environment which conveys the quality culture of UCM . Manage garage maintenance operations to include maintenance of the university’s vehicle fleet.
