Job Summary/Basic Functions

As a member of EKU's Enrollment Management Leadership Team, the Enrollment & Financial Analyst is responsible for providing Enrollment Management CRM and Financial Assistant support to ensure enrollment goals are met. Primary functions of this position include daily administration and support to the Slate platform, including assisting with unique project builds, triaging Slate service ticket requests, and other CRM projects. The analyst will also serve as the primary point of contact for data reporting, data analytics, and data visualization for the Enrollment Management division and Financial Assistance administration. This position will also collaborate with the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness on enrollment and financial aid data reporting and visualization.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Master's preferred.

Experience: Five years of related experience with emphasis on demonstrated competence in enrollment management, CRM platforms, and experience working with large data sources, extracting and manipulating data related to enrollment management.

Licensure & Certifications: Valid state driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Duties:

• 40% - Configures, develops, and maintains the Slate CRM system for all Undergraduate enrollment management units and will be responsible for the ongoing development of the CRM system, updates, and reporting. - (Essential)
• 30% - Prepares written reports and presentations for a wide range of audiences summarizing data analysis results, financial aid data projections and analysis, including detailed description of statistical methods, analysis of results and synthesis of conclusions. - (Essential)
• 25% - Provides analytical support to the enrollment management units in particular the offices of student financial assistance and Big E Central. The analyst will perform necessarily system functions pertaining to Banner Financial Aid module and ensure proper compliance with Federal and State Policies and Procedures. - (Essential)
• 5% - Coordinates and facilitates training and professional development sessions for enrollment staff members and develops and implements training process, procedures and manuals for new hires. - (Essential)
