Emporia State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Instructor in Clinical Psychology. Start date will be August 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching undergraduate on-campus classes such as Abnormal Psychology, Emotion and Stress Management, Psychological Testing, and Professional Psychology, as well as supervising undergraduate internships. Teaching responsibilities may also include courses in the clinical psychology graduate program or in the applicant’s area of specialization. Summer teaching opportunities are possible.
Candidates are expected to excel in teaching and to provide service at the department, college, and university levels. Research and/or scholarship will not be expected in this non-tenure track position.
Requirements
- Applicants should have either a MS or doctorate (PhD or PsyD) degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and should be licensed or license eligible in Kansas. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
