Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Executive Secretary in the Campus Planning and Facilities Management division.

The candidate would be expected to perform all secretarial and clerical duties for the Campus Planning and Facilities Management division, including establishing and maintaining records, coordinating and completing assigned projects, and compiling and distributing a wide variety of material and reports.

Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2016, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel 2016

Other Requirements:
Ability to maintain confidentiality, while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and communicating with diverse groups.Skilled in working with detailed information and reading and interpreting documents.

Adaptability to changing work priorities in order to meet deadlines and schedules; must be able to work as part of a team with frequent interruptions and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems as they occur in the Executive Director’s absence.
