Job Description

The Department of Mathematics at Syracuse University invites applications for a non-tenure-track full-time position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor beginning in the Fall semester 2023. The initial appointment can be up to three years. The position includes teaching 8 course sections per year across multiple courses in statistics at the introductory, intermediate, or advanced levels..

Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. in mathematics or statistics is required.
  • Candidates should have a strong track record in teaching statistics to undergraduates.
