Job Summary/Basic Functions

Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating with academic departments to facilitate the evaluation and articulation of transfer courses and supervise activities involving data entry related to transfer articulation and student records, including entering international records. Monitors data integrity and liaises with ITDS and the Registrar's office to resolve issues. Assists with the technical requirements of the Enrollment Management division and departmental CRM needs. Assists the Director with generating reports, analyzing enrollment data trends, and monitoring the daily operation of the office, ensuring office policy and procedures are being followed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's required. Graduate Degree, preferred

Experience: Three years of higher education experience

Job Duties:
  • 50% - Oversee the transfer articulation & Evaluation process and provide customer service to all parties involved in the evaluation process - (Essential)
  • 30% - Provides CRM & Systems reports to the OATS office & the Enrollment Management division, including generating enrollment reports and making recommendations for transfer student matriculation. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - (Essential)
  • 10% - Provide maintenance to the University's Student Information System to ensure compliance with university policy as well as state requirements. - (Essential)
