Job Description Summary

Communicating a world of ideas, the Office of Communications leads the strategic planning and tactical execution of Penn Law's internal and external communications. Communications focuses on digital and print production, with services ranging from video and editorial content creation to photography, graphic design, event promotion, public relations, social media management, and a wide range of collateral materials.
Duties: The Event Photographer/Videographer, working a part-time, temporary, as-needed 20-hour week, is responsible for event multimedia event coverage, including documenting events, portraits, stock, and supporting imagery to accompany homepage stories, news sites, and social media. Additional video tasks may also be required to assist the video producers with filming, editing, and graphics.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending events for photo and video coverage - quick delivery of assets required. Time includes nights and weekends. (40%)
- End-to-end content production for digital Law School features. Edit various source media to produce high-quality photos and video footage. (20%)
- Collaborate with the Communications team to conceptualize and deliver impactful media for web and social platforms. (20%)
- Format source media to fit various media outlets, such as websites and social media (10%)
- Assist video producers with filming, editing, and graphics (5%)
- Other duties as assigned (5%)
