Job Summary
The Program Coordinator I, under general supervision, coordinates the planning, development and implementation of the Annual Giving program.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Plans and implements program events such as conferences,
seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops.
- May assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets for
programs and events.
- Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings.
- Coordinates program communications and marketing.
- Compiles program statistics.
- May develop and update training materials and deliver training
sessions.
- Maintains program records and databases.
- May assists in identifying funding opportunities.
- Plans and implements programs and assists in their
evaluation.
- May supervise program staff.

Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications.
Experience - Two years of program administrative experience.
Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Basic database usage, graphic design programs, social
media.
- Word processing, spreadsheet and database
applications.
Ability to:
- Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Licensing / Professional Certification - None.
Physical Requirements - None.

Supervision of others
This position may supervise employees.
Other Requirements
- Evening and weekend work may occasionally be

- Position requires on campus, face-to-face
interactions.
- Position requires maintaining a regular schedule of attendance

Salary: $17.55/hourly
