Job Description:

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering invites applications for two full-time faculty positions in one or more of the following areas: Software Engineering, Computer Security, Digital Design, Computer Architecture, and theoretical computing. Exceptional candidates from other areas will be considered. Preference is given to Assistant and Associate Professor applications. The candidate is expected to teach and conduct research, play an active role in the department, the school, and university service activities, and actively cooperate with other faculty within the Department.



Requirements:

Fixed-Term Faculty Positions

Candidates should hold a PhD or equivalent in computing or a related domain. Successful candidates should have an ongoing program of research and publication, have strong leadership capability or potential and proven skills in high quality teaching. Mastery of the English language is required. Industrial experience and a Computer Engineering background is a plus.
