Job Description Summary
The Autism Spectrum Program of Excellence (ASPE; https://aspe.med.upenn.edu/) at the Perelman School of Medicine is seeking an Administrative and Outreach Coordinator to organize, implement, and manage a wide range of activities. Duties include supporting all aspects of the program, which include coordination, logistics, and other related duties. Working in collaboration with leadership team, the Coordinator will carry out a various tasks related to the following: managing and coordinating meetings and meeting materials; preparing program related documents; maintaining essential program records; managing internal (e.g., Box) and external (e.g., web-site, social media, newsletter) program-related communications; liaising with business administration to oversee job positing and hiring processes; liaising with the community (autism and Williams syndrome).

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage internal (e.g., email and Box) program-related communications and documents, as well as maintain essential program records
Managing external (e.g., website and social media) program-related communications and recruitment, including social media-based advertising and participant recruitment
Construct and distribute newsletters for the scientific community and study participants and their families (autism and Williams syndrome)
Manage and coordinate meetings and meeting materials - internally and externally
Oversee community engagement and outreaching, and liaise with the community (autism and Williams syndrome)
Human resource coordinator for internal hires, including constructing/posting job adds, Workday website management, administrative tasks for hiring, onboarding new hires, etc.
Manage website and track website metrics
Assist with the planning of internal and international symposiums/conferences
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required."
