Hiring range: $36,359 to $43,631
Work Schedule: This benefited position is 90% full-time with reduced hours during the summer. Pay and benefits remain the same over 12 months.

This position is 100% grant funded through the U.S. Department of Education and therefore is subject to federal funding.
Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide academic advising to TRIO students and coordinate the TRIO Peer Tutoring Program at North Idaho College. TRIO provides Federal outreach and student services programs designed to identify and provide services for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) assists students with basic college requirements and motivates students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education, with the goal of increasing the college retention and graduation rates of its participants.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and two years full-time equivalent related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct effective training and
presentations
- Proficient skills using Microsoft Office
applications
- Basic skills using student records system
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone,
copier
