UMSL’s Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis (CASGSL) ( http://www.stlouiscac.org/ ) believes that every child deserves to be safe, supported and surrounded by a trauma-informed community. Our mission is one that works towards all families being able to navigate a trauma-informed community that effectively targets historical and socio-cultural stressors as well as prevents further systemic harm. To that end, we offer both clinical and forensic services as well as provide innovative trauma-informed training to our child-serving workforce both locally and nationally. Our training team values innovate, evidence-informed practices and strives to be anti-racist, affirming of all identities, and trauma-informed in everything we do.
The Training and Logistics Coordinator position plays a key role in our trauma-informed training efforts. The role’s primary duty is to provide administrative and project coordination support of online-based trainings related to our Project ASSIST ( https://projectassist.org/ ) and Project CONTACT ( https://projectcontact.org/ ) federal grants. The ideal candidate enjoys a collaborative approach, communicates effectively with others, and has varied interests, including communications and data tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and providing logistics and support for online and in-person trainings.
  • Developing and disseminating external communications, i.e. email correspondence with training participants, newsletters, etc.
  • Developing and supporting marketing efforts for different training components
  • Supporting online training development
  • Designing and copy editing training materials
  • Data tracking/entry completion/compilation
  • Ensuring gift card dissemination compliance
  • Supporting revision and adaptation of existing curriculum materials
  • Supporting website maintenance and social media presence
  • Preforming other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • This grant funded position will last until September 29, 2026, with the possibility to renew.

Salary

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

University Title: PROGRAM/ PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR II

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience or demonstrated interest in child advocacy and workforce development, education or training.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Professional Skills: High levels of organization, administration skills, initiative, strong written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, marketing, and video conference), strong collaboration and team skills, experience and comfort working with diverse populations

Computer Skills: Basic comfort and skill with Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat suite (including InDesign), and WordPress
