Ecology and Evolutionary Biology encourages applications for an Ecological Research Assistant! This research assistant position will help with building a database for an ecological meta-analysis. Work will be able to be completed remotely if necessary. Candidates must be detail-oriented, tolerant of slightly monotonous work, and able to read and understand scientific literature and figures thoroughly. Familiarity with Excel not required, but a plus.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Consolidating data from various spread sheets into one comprehensive database.
- Quality assurance and control.

The hiring rate for this part-time appointment is $16.00 per hour.
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave .

What We Require
- Some classwork towards an undergraduate degree in ecology or related science.
- Capability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week to this work.
