The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia invites nominations and applications to serve as the 21st President of the University of North Georgia.
The University of North Georgia has five campuses located across the north Georgia region, each with its own personality, offerings, and opportunities including Blue Ridge, Cumming, Dahlonega, Gainesville, and Oconee County. With more than 18,000 students, UNG is one of the state’s largest public universities, and is a University System of Georgia State Leadership Institution and is The Military College of Georgia.
The University of North Georgia is seeking a business-minded, servant leader who will demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the institution’s mission, vision, and values. The President will provide overall leadership in fostering a culture of academic excellence grounded in a student focused environment where world-class faculty and staff are scholars and mentors who inspire service, inquiry, and creativity. The President will be adept in managing the financial and budgetary operations of a complex, $275 million multi-campus enterprise.
