Responsible for project, program and administrative support within Facilities Management, as well as support for project managers. Provides program and project development and may provide entry level project management for a small number of uncomplicated minor renovation projects.
- Monitors and evaluates the quality of programs and projects within Facilities Management.
- Develops and maintains effective communication systems for assigned areas and programs, ensuring that customer issues are properly communicated and resolved.
- Coordinates the daily operations of assigned area by developing standards, methods, and practices to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and appropriate communication between customers and Plant Operations.
- Assists in the development and application of service standards. Ensures compliance with all applicable codes as well as university and state business regulations.
- Prepares and presents reports outlining service levels, procedures, and policies. Assists with business plan and strategic metrics. Serves as liaison and primary point of contact for the assigned area.
- May assist project managers with project file management, scheduling and training coordination.
- May manage up to three uncomplicated minor renovation projects working with campus customers and contractors in scope development, budgeting, estimating, scheduling and ensuring project completion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Bachelors and 3 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.
