Specialist, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The CRM Specialist provides support for recruitment, admissions, advising, and retention for GTCC students. Reporting to the Marketing Systems Manager, the CRM Specialist will serve as the subject-matter expert for the software. This position will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer service and drive student enrollment and engagement. The CRM Specialist will create reports for users, create/implement communications and workflows, administer data integrity and continuity, and develop/support campaign strategies and plans for marketing outreach. This person will communicate with customers (students, prospective students, and staff) to answer questions and provide support and training as needed and will work with the CRM vendor to maintain optimal use of the system.

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) application/software and/or email marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years working in college admissions, higher education, or sales
  • Project management experience

Experience Preferred:
  • Experience working with Element 451
