The Director of the Career Exploration & Development Center will provide innovative and strategic leadership in implementing a comprehensive career services program that focuses on intentional collaboration, alignment with admissions, advising, academic units, and the Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) from student inquiry through student goal attainment. The Director will work to deliver exceptional career support to constituent groups through the leadership and management of the center, team members, operations, programs, services, budget, technology, and facilities. The Director is a pivotal and highly visible individual, working closely and collaboratively across the college with alumni, and regional partners to support student exploration and learning, career awareness and readiness, employment possibilities and placement. The Director reports to the Dean of Students.

Type of Appointment: Full-time twelve-month administrative faculty-ranked appointment. Hiring salary: $74,895 - $87,000. Salary commensurate with the education and experience of the applicant.  Additional information is available on the college's web site: www.reynolds.edu/jobs.  AA/EOE/ADA
